This canvas and vachetta leather around the exterior of this Louis Vuitton Keepall was heavily worn, with the leather in particular dry and cracking and one of the handles torn. We replaced all of the vachetta leather throughout the bag with custom made parts.

This Christian Dior bag’s exterior was significantly discoloured by not only ingrained dirt along the stitch lines but also gradual removal of the bag’s colour through abrasion of the leather’s outer layers. We cleaned and conditioned the leather before refinishing it to restore its original colour.

This Chanel messenger bag was in need of a refresh, with the gold hardware looking discoloured, the piping and chain strap worn and the inner lining stained. We replaced the piping and leather chain strap, performed some leather restoration work and re-plated the hardware.

This vintage Gucci bag had become effectively unusable, with one of the strap mounts missing, the piping torn, and the inner lining disintegrating. We replaced the strap mount, repaired the piping and replaced the inner lining.

This Bottega Veneta Arco handbag was in great shape, except for a couple of loose stitches along the top flap. We repaired the stitching, replacing the loose stitching with new thread through the original holes.

The leather binding around the sides of this Louis Vuitton Popincourt bag were heavily worn and dry — as is common when worn vachetta leather is not conditioned to keep it nourished and healthy. We replaced the leather binding on both sides of the bag with new, tanned vachetta leather.
