The leather on this Alexander McQueen Skull Continental wallet was looking worse for wear after an unfortunate run-in with a washing machine. We cleaned and conditioned the leather before custom recolouring and refinishing it.
This Hermès Constance long wallet was in need of a refresh, with the hardware scratched and the leather stained and lacking its original lustre. We polished and re-plated the hardware and then changed the colour of the leather to a midnight blue.
This Burberry Elmore wallet was generally in good shape, except the internal and external zippers had broken and become unusable. We repaired the external zipper and replaced the internal zipper.
This Hermès Soie-Cool wallet was working fine, bit the silk exterior had become dirty and stained with use. We cleaned the silk and treated the stains.
This Hermès Bearn wallet was in reasonably good shape after years of wear, but in need of a freshening up. We cleaned and conditioned the leather throughout the wallet before re-dyeing the exterior leather to black — leaving a unique contrast between the red on the interior and the black on the exterior.
The Damier Ebène canvas on this Louis Vuitton wallet was tearing around the edges, mainly where the wallet bends, leaving exposed the red inner and the outer canvas to further damage. We stitch leather patches in place in order to protect the canvas where it had torn and become weak.
This Prada Saffiano leather wallet needed the closure repaired and its colour changed from blue to black. We repaired the closure, replacing a piece of hardware, as well as cleaned and conditioned the saffiano leather before recolouring / refinishing it to black.

The time it takes to complete a wallet repair depends on the work required and the workload in the workshop when the wallet is received.
We are generally able to complete basic repairs within 2-5 business days of receiving wallets at the workshop. This extends to 1-2 weeks for most specialist repairs and longer for more complex repairs and restorations.
If you will be using our free shipping service (rather than dropping off and picking up your wallet at the workshop), then you should also factor in shipping time via Australia Post. This varies depending on your location, but generally takes no more than a few business days if you're in a metropolitan area and otherwise up to 5 business days (if you're in a regional or remote area).
We use original parts in our repairs wherever possible if we're official repairers for the manufacturer. In other cases, we use non-branded parts that are nevertheless of the highest quality.
