These Wittner ankle boots are a popular style, stylish and yet comfortable enough for daily wear. However, the heel on one of these boots had been thoroughly chewed through by a dog. When this customer reached out to us for a free diagnosis / quote, we reviewed the photos she submitted and offered to repair both heels, re-covering each heel block with new leather and rubber bases.

It was clear that the existing rubber covering the heel blocks could not be restored or replaced with matching rubber material, and so we needed to re-cover both heels with new leather so that they matched each other. We stripped the heel blocks of the old rubber covers and custom cut patches of high-quality leather that we used to re-cover (or re-wrap) the heel blocks. We also applied new rubber heels to the base of each heel block.
