One of the pull tugs on these Dior B23 Low-Top Sneakers had torn off, unable to carry to pressure of continually being pulled on while the shoes were being worn. When this customer reached out to us for a free diagnosis/quote, we offered to repair the damaged pull tug.

We started off by undoing the stitching that held the pull tab in place around the back of the shoes. While the pull tab had come apart, it was not severely torn, and so repairing the pull tab simply involved tucking it back in place and then restitching over it.
