We began by removing the existing soles, using a specialized solvent to loosen the rubber from the uppers without damaging the leather. Once the soles were detached, we thoroughly cleaned off the old glue and treated the surface to ensure a strong bond could be achieved with the new rubber soles.

Next, we crafted a fresh pair of cup soles from scratch, carefully shaping and securing specialist rubber ‘rand’ around the sides, stitching a pair of full-length midsoles into place, and then adhering on those midsoles a pair of durable rubber soles. To complete the process, we used precision machinery to press the soles firmly onto the uppers, eliminating any air pockets and ensuring a secure, durable bond.
