The soles on these Salvatore Ferragamo loafers were heavily worn, with the soles in particular severely cracked and breaking apart entirely. We performed a full resole, replacing the heels and soles along the full length of each shoe with a new pair of high-quality rubber heels and soles.
This Louis Vuitton bag arrived at our workshop without its original crossbody strap attached and the customer keen to have a new one installed. We crafted and installed an entirely new shoulder strap based on the original strap’s design.
These Django & Juliette boots were brand new, but in need of a sole lift for them to be worn comfortably by their owner. We raised the soles and heels on the right boot by 1.5 centimetres.

While Chanel shoulder bags typically come with a signature chain strap with leather woven through its links, this one was made with a quilted leather strap — which the customer was not particularly fond of. We replaced the leather strap with a Chanel-style chain strap.
The plaited rope around the soles on these Gucci GG Blooms Espadrille loafers had torn, leaving the loose threads at risk of further damage. We repaired the espadrille stitching by hand.
This Louis Vuitton Turenne PM handbag had a serious tear on the zipper, making it unusable with a stuck slider. We replaced the zipper with an entirely new one.
