These classic Timberland 6-Inch Waterproof boots were made to last years of regular wear, but the otherwise highly durable soles were showing significant wear around the back of the heels and centre of the soles. We performed a full resole, replacing the soles along the full length of each boot with a new pair of Vibram 100 Montagna rubber soles.
This Louis Vuitton Neverfull bag was a little dirty on the inside and all four ends of the bag’s side straps had torn off. We cleaned the bag’s interior and repaired the side straps, rejoining them at the points where they had torn.
This vintage Bally handbag was decades old and in reasonably good shape, except that the leather exterior was heavily scuffed and the main hardware had lost its colour. We re-plated the hardware as well as cleaned, conditioned and recoloured / refinished the leather.
The soles on the Timberland hiking boots were made to be highly durable in the sense that the tread should not be expected to wear away despite years of regular wear. However, one of the soles on these boots had started coming apart from the body of the boots at the toes. We re-secured the soles to the uppers.
The unique elegance of this Valentino Garavani Rockstud tote is defined almost entirely by the rockstuds (pyramid shaped studs) lining the sides of the bag and its straps. But as sometimes happens on Valentinos shoes and bags, one of the rockstuds on this bag had come apart and gone missing. We replaced the missing rockstud with an entirely new one.
This Fendi bag was made with a shoulder strap that had gone missing, leaving the bag with no way of being carried. We replaced the missing shoulder strap with an entirely new leather strap that we custom crafted for the bag.
The heels and soles on these Valentino Rockstud Ankle Strap Pumps were heavily worn, with the heel tips missing, the leather around the heel blocks torn and hanging loose, and the soles worn right through at the toes. We replaced the heel tips, repaired the heel blocks and repaired the soles before installing a pair of rubber sole protectors.
The shoulder strap and zipper pull on this Marc Jacobs bag had become worn around the edges, where the wax protecting the sides of the leather had pulled away, leaving the underlying leather exposed. We repaired the strap and zipper pull by glueing the loose leather back together and then re-waxing the edges.
These Gucci heels were looking thoroughly worn, with the heel tips worn down and the metallic gold leather uppers having lost much of their original colour and lustre. We replaced the heel tips and then cleaned and conditioned the leather uppers before recolouring / refinishing them.
This Chloé Faye shoulder bag was in decent shape, except that the leather tab to which the magnetic snap closure was attached had fallen off the bag due to the stitches holding it in place having come apart. We carefully re-stitched the leather tab back into place.
