These Maison Magiela Tabi mid-heel pumps were well looked after, but the leather around one of the heel blocks had been severely chewed up by a dog. We removed the damaged leather and re-covered the heel blocks with new leather.

These Birkenstock Arizona Birko-Flor shoes were holding up well after years of wear, but the soles were worn down and the synthetic leather uppers had lost much of their colour. We resoled the shoes and then restored the uppers.
