The shoes

These Birkenstock Arizona Birko-Flor shoes were holding up well after years of wear, but the soles were worn down and the synthetic leather uppers had lost much of their colour. When the customer reached out to us for a free diagnosis/quote, we offered to resole the shoes and then restore the uppers.

Sole replacement

We started off by removing the old soles and then carefully glueing and pressing into place a new pair of Birkenstock rubber soles with the signature tread.

Leather cleaning, conditioning and colour restoration

We cleaned the synthetic leather uppers to remove accumulated dirt and impurities and then carefully recoloured / refinished the uppers based on their original, synthetic silver colour.
