The hardware connecting the strap to the body of this iconic Christian Dior Saddle bag had broken off, with the screws holding its pieces together having fallen and gone missing. We repaired the hardware, replacing the missing screws.
This Valentino Daphne studded leather handbag became essentially unusable when the strap connector (aka strap mount) tore, leaving the strap with nothing to hook into. We crafted a replacement strap connector from a fresh piece of leather and stitched that into place, along the original stitching lines.
The epi leather on this Louis Vuitton Twist bag was torn at the seam around the bottom of the bag. We repaired the torn leather, installing an interior leather patch which we used to seal up the tear and reinforce the area.
One of the back straps on this Oroton Estate backpack was tearing away from the leather trim into which was stitched. We repaired the strap and re-stitched it into place.

The lambskin leather on this Proenza Schouler PS1 crossbody bag had lost much of its colour. We cleaned and conditioned the leather throughout the exterior of the bag before custom mixing a colour based on the existing and using that to recolour / refinish the discoloured leather.
The vachetta leather strap on this Louis Vuitton hobo handbag were starting to crack and tear. We replaced the leather shoulder strap with an entirely new one that we crafted by hand to match the original strap.
This Gucci Soho leather disco bag had lost its shape over a number of years, with the leather sagging around the top. We reshaped the leather, restoring the bag’s original shape using a series of leather pads around the interior of the bag.
