The hardware connecting the strap to the body of this iconic Christian Dior Trotter Saddle bag had broken off, with the screws holding its pieces together having fallen and gone missing. When the customer reached out to us for a free diagnosis / quote, we offered to repair the hardware.

Once we received the bag, we were able to find in stock at our workshop two screws that happened to fit the holes left by the missing screws. We proceeded to put the pieces making up the strap connector back together, using the new screws to securely hold everything in place.
