1. Complete our online order form, where you'll be able to upload photos and describe the work you'd like done to the boots. You'll get an instant quote based on your selection and then choose to either proceed with an order or request a custom quote.
2. Once we've reviewed your order, we'll email you instructions for getting your Timberland boots to us. If you live in Sydney, you'll have the option to drop the boots off at our workshop. Otherwise, you'll be able to drop them off at a local Australia Post office, where they'll be packaged and shipped over to us for free.
3. Once we receive your boots, we'll repair and return them to you by courier.

The time it takes to complete a Timberland boot repair depends on the work required and the workload in the workshop when the boots are received.

We are generally able to complete basic repairs on Timberland boots within 2-5 business days of receiving them at the workshop. This extends to 1-2 weeks for most specialist repairs and longer for more complex repairs and restorations.

If you will be using our free shipping service (rather than dropping off and picking up your boots at the workshop), then you should also factor in shipping time via Australia Post. 2. You let us know (in the order form or by follow up email) that you'd like to drop off and/or pick up at the workshop; and
3. We have emailed you a ticket that you'll need to print out and hand over at the workshop for ID and proof of payment.
