The boots
These Tillston 6’’ Hiker Boots were in good shape, but had the padded leather around the back of one of the boots chewed off. When the customer reached out to us for a free diagnosis/quote, we offered re-construct the padded leather with new leather and padding.
Leather tear repair
We began by removing the damaged leather and white padding within. We then cut new padding to size and covered it with new, matching leather, which we stitched on to the boot in place of the old padded leather. The result was a fresh looking boot, with no sign of the original tear.
