The heels on these Christian Louboutin Senora 100 pumps were in bad shape, with the heel tips completely missing and the leather around the heel blocks peeling apart. When the customer reached out to us for a free diagnosis/quote, we offered to repair the heel blocks and replace the heel tips.

Heel block repair

Luckily for this customer, the leather around the heel tips had not torn — the leather itself was in decent shape, and so the heel blocks could be repaired without having to replace any of the leather. Our repair involved peeling back the original leather and cleaning off all traces of the old glue, and then re-glueing the leather back onto the heel blocks.

Heel tip replacement

We replaced the missing heel tips with a new pair of high-quality rubber heel tips that were carefully shaped to match the shape of the original heel tips (based on the shape of the heel blocks just above them).
