This retro Prada tote bag had become a mere shadow of its former self, with the leather looking particularly tired and the straps frayed and starting to tear away from the bag. We cleaned and conditioned the leather before repairing the straps and reinforcing them.
The lining on this Hèrmes Birkin bag was in a terrible state, peeling away and covered in mould. We removed the mould and restored the lining by stripping the outermost layer of the leather interior and restoring the remaining leather.
