The leather covering the toes on these Christian Louboutin Nosy 120 pumps was heavily scratched after an accident. When the customer reached out to us for a free diagnosis/quote, we offered to restore the existing leather or else re-cover the toe area on both shoes with entirely new leather. We proceeded to replace the leather in accordance with the customer’s instructions.

Leather toe re-covering

We started off by carefully peeling back the front half of the soles, giving us access to the edges of the leather toe covering tucked underneath. Having removed this leather from the shoes, we proceeded to cut matching pieces from a near-identical hide of new leather. We then glued this new leather piece into place and finished off by stitching the leather against the PVC parts of the uppers.
