This Status Anxiety tote bag lacked a firm closure and failed to keep the owner’s items secure. We installed two sets of magnetic snap closures — one on each side of the bag, to allow the bag to be easily closed and retain its flexibility and profile.
This Alexander McQueen tote had accumulated numerous scratches and scuffs on the exterior of this bag and the interior suede that had become dirty and discoloured. We cleaned and conditioned the interior and exterior of the bag before performing a full leather colour restoration.
This Yves Saint Laurent bag was manufactured to a high-quality standard, but its zipper came to break. As the zipper was irreparable, we proceeded to custom prepare a replacement zipper and securely attach it to the bag.
This retro Prada tote bag had become a mere shadow of its former self, with the leather looking particularly tired and the straps frayed and starting to tear away from the bag. We cleaned and conditioned the leather before repairing the straps and reinforcing them.
The lining on this Hèrmes Birkin bag was in a terrible state, peeling away and covered in mould. We removed the mould and restored the lining by stripping the outermost layer of the leather interior and restoring the remaining leather.
This accordion sides on this Yves Saint Laurent Sac De Jour handbag had become scratched and discoloured due to wear and tear, including friction with the weighty attached padlock. We clean and conditioned the leather before recolouring / refinishing it.
This Oroton Liberty tote lacked any sort of closure, leaving the bag relatively difficult to carry while full and the items left within it insecure. We installed a magnetic closure on the bag allowing it to close while retaining the bag’s elegant design and functionality.
This Colette Hayman handbag had a crossbody strap that could not be used as it was torn and the hardware through which it was attached to the bag had gone missing. We repaired the strap and replaced the missing hardware.
The leather woven through the chain strap on this Prada handbag had torn at its weakest point, where it loops through the bag. We were able to remove, cleanly stitch and re-weave the leather through the strap to repair it.
This leather on this Chanel handbag was heavily stained and discoloured, to the point where the bag would need to be recoloured. We performed a full colour change, to a dark grey that concealed the stains and got the bag looking effectively new.
