These Jimmy Choo Saeda 100 shoes were in good shape, but the satin uppers were dirty and mud-stained. When the customer reached out to us for a free diagnosis/quote, we offered to clean the satin uppers and treat the stains.

Satin clean and stain removal

We began by gently brushing the satin throughout the exterior of the shoes to help dislodge any surface dirt and dust before applying our specialist cleaning agent. This helps to prevent any surface dirt from being pushed deeper into the fabric later on in the cleaning process.

Satin is a delicate material that requires special care so as not to damage the integrity of the fabric. Because of this, we carefully applied a small amount of our specialist cleaning agent, avoided any abrasive rubbing, and brushed in only one direction.

While we unfortunately cannot guarantee the removal of stains on satin materials like that on these shoes, we were glad to see the shoes looking almost completely stain-free in this case.
