The belt

This Gucci Double G leather belt was in great shape, but the gold belt buckle had tarnished slightly over time. When the customer reached out to us for a free diagnosis/quote, we offered to polish the buckle, to get it looking fresher.

Buckle polishing

We began by carefully applying a small amount of our specialist metal polishing agent to the belt buckle. We then used a cloth to work the agent throughout the metal. This helped to remove the tarnish and got the buckle looking much fresher. Finally we used a cloth to buff the surface and restore much of the hardware’s original finish.
