These brand new Chanel Slingback heels had never been worn, but the original leather soles were unprotected and prone to significant wear. When the customer reached out to us for a free diagnosis/quote, we installed a pair of premium rubber sole protectors.

Protective soles installation

We began by carefully sanding down the front half of the original leather soles to create space for the new sole protectors — allowing them to sit flush with the rest of the leather soles, rather than altering the profile of the soles by simply installing them over the top of the original leather soles.

We then installed a pair of premium rubber soles protectors — these are made with a smooth finish and lighter colour that blends in well with the original leather soles. These protectors retain their colour while worn and significantly enhance both durability and grip.
